The leadership and members of the All Progressive Congress, (APC), Isoko North Local Government Area chapter, Delta State has paid glowing tribute to the Isoko North council chairman, Godwin Ogorugba, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an outstanding politician and leader rewriting the infrastructural developmental history of Isoko North.
In a happy birthday message issued the Isoko North APC chairman, Barr. Daniel Emebuno, signed by its publicity secretary, Sagacious Louis and made available to Journalists in Asaba, applauded the council chairman for his exemplary and quality leadership.
