The Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. (Elder) Prince Godwin Ogorugba, on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit on the Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd), OFR, in his residence in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
The visit formed part of ongoing strategic engagements ahead of the forthcoming APC National Convention, where the Minister is chairing the security committee and the Isoko North chairman is a member of the committee.
Their discussions centred on ensuring a smooth, secure, and successful convention, with emphasis on collaboration, effective coordination, and shared responsibility in delivering a credible exercise.
Ogorugba also used the opportunity to highlight areas of value and opportunity for the people of Isoko North Local Government.
He commended the Minister, whose wife, Mrs. Oghogho Musa Christopher, is an indigene of Iyede in Isoko North, for his continued service and commitment to national development.
