Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Godwin Ogorugba has adminished the newly inaugurated Isoko North Ward Executives of the All Progressive Congress, (APC), to be proactive and carry all members along aimed at advancing the party at the grassroot.
The council chairman gave the admonition Wednesday during the inauguration of the party’s Ward executives, held at the council’s secretariat, Ozoro and attended by key stakeholders, party leaders and faithful.
Ogorugba emphasized the importance of unity, collaboration and team work, which he terms as the driving force to victory ahead of the 2027 general elections and beyond and urged the new ward executives to work in synergy with the LGA party chairman, Sunday Omonakome.
While expressing confidence in the Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda, of governor Sheriff Oborevwori, the council chairman, charged the newly inaugurated ward executives to be dedicated, committed with a driving force that will result in the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and governor Sheriff Oborevwori come 2027.
“Your roles are crucial for our collective success. I urge you to actively engage with the community and work tirelessly to ensure that our great party APC triumphs in Isoko North. Together, we must build the party and ensure that our values are reflected in the good governance of our working Governor.
“As party executives, you must at all time enhance operations and foster a more inclusive political environment towards the groundwork laid during this inauguration which is expected to pave the way for a more robust APC presence in Isoko North as the party prepares for the 2027 general elections. You all must work hard to garner more support for the reelection of governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the president.”, Ogorugba said.
