Reports coming from Asaba, the Delta state capital says, workers of the state owned Transport Company, Delta Line, are at this moment protesting against the state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa over their eight months salaries and other entitlements.
According to one of the workers who spoke with our correspondent on phone said, the protest is also about the recent sale of the company by Mr. Okowa to his crony, God Is Good Motors Limited as well as the sack of the 735 workers among others.
