Reports just reaching the stable of the HardReporters, indicates that the Delta state chapter of the Nigeria Union Of Teachers, (NUT) may have concluded plans to call off its ongoing strike in few days from now.
It was reliably gathered that the NUT Chairman, Mr. Jonathan Jemirieyigbe just ended a meeting with the state governor, Mr. Ifeanyi Okowa at Governor’s
Lounge, Warri, Delta.
The union had accused the Okowa led government of illegal deduction of members salaries among other demands.
