The Federal High Court 1, Asaba, Delta state has fixed Wednesday, September 13, 2017 to begin first hearing in a suit case No. FHC/ASB/C8/56/2017 challenging the illegal appointment of Aghoghovia Otto as the Deputy Clerk of the Delta state House of Assembly in violation of the Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission Law of 2013.
The case Delta Speaker Slammed With Court Action Over Illegal Appointment Of Deputy Clerk which had been reported repeatedly will be determine by Justice Okon Abang whether the appointed of the new deputy clerk of the house, Mr. Otto followed due process and not in violation of the Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission Law of 2013.
