Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has sacked chairmen and members of Boards and Parastatals in the state.
According to a statement obtained by HardReporters, signed on behalf of the governor by the state Head of Service, Mr. Toyin Akinkuotu stated that the sack will not affect statutory commissions whose tenure are specified in the 1999 Nigerian constitution.
The governor therefore urged all chairmen, political appointees and non-career employees in all boards and parastatals in the state to hand over all government properties in their custody to the accounting officers in their respective offices and wish them well in their future endeavours.
