An indication has emerged that, former Delta State Board of Internal Revenue chairman, Mr. Joel-Onowakpo Thomas’s (JOT), is more favoured by the people of Isoko federal constituency to represent them in the house of representatives in the forthcoming 2019 general elections.

The indication emerged during an online opinion polls for candidates of different political parties gunning for the house of representatives, Isoko federal constituency, created by Mr. Akpodhoma Mike Mikoko, Press Secretary, to the incumbent house of representatives member, representing Isoko federal constituency in the national Assembly and minority leader, Mr. Leo Ogor.

The online poll which was created on a social media platform, ‘ISOKO VANGUARD’ owned by the media aide to the minority leader, Mr. Akpodhoma, had Mr. Joel-Onowakpo Thomas of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Mr. Leo Ogor, his boss, of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), and Mr. Edafe Oduh, of the Action Democratic Party, (ADP), but, it was however observed that as soon the APC candidate was leading in the poll, the minority leader’s media aide hurriedly and shamefully deleted the APC candidate leading his boss in the poll with wide margin.

Meanwhile, in another online opinion poll on an Isoko popular social media platform ‘UMEH NEED ROAD’, it was shown that Mr. Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, (JOT), of the APC defeated the incumbent house of representatives member, representing Isoko federal constituency in the national Assembly and minority leader, Mr. Leo Ogor, of the Peoples Democratic Party, with wide margin, followed by the candidate of the Action Democratic Party, (ADP), Mr. Edafe Oduh.
