The All Progressives Congress, (APC), and its supporters, Saturday locked down Isoko nation as Mr. Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, former chairman, Delta State Board of Internal Revenue, (DBIR), and current Coordinator of Federal Inland Revenue Service, (FIRS), for Edo, Delta and Rivers states, declared for the House of Representatives to represent the Isoko Federal Constituency in the forthcoming 2019 general elections.
