A visit by our correspondent to the Delta State Library Ozoro at NDC Road in Ekwerigbe Primary School tells of the sorry state of the Library Structure, absence of furniture and lack of stocking.
This is clarion call to well meaning individuals, big names, political office holders of Ozoro extraction and the Delta State Government do something about it.
