Former chairman, Delta state internal revenue board and Delta South All Progressives Congress, (APC), candidate, in the forthcoming 2023 general elections, Joel Onowakpo-Thomas (JOT) on Monday, January, 8, 2023, paid a consultative visit to the Ijaw council of traditional rulers at the Ogulagha community in Burutu Local Government Area of the state. His Royal Majesty, Elder Capt King Joseph 1 Timiyan JP received the APC candidate on behalf of the Ijaw monarchs.
