…….O’tega Emerhor Finally Ditched
Chief Great Ogboru, the Abraka born self acclaimed Peoples General last Sunday August13, unveiled his new electioneering slogan tagged: “APC LIGHT OF DELTA – WE WIN TOGETHER.” The event took place at Ogboru’s birthplace of Abraka in Ethiope East LGA, Delta State.
Like the proverbial Tortoise that is ever mentioned in tales by moonlight, Ogboru again displayed his stock in trade; “backstabbing and dishonesty” as his political associate, Senator Ovie Omo Agege berated Olorogun Otega Emerhor, another self acclaimed Leader of Delta APC, describing him as a worthless leader who could not win his unit in 2015.
Senator Agege did not stop there. He told Ogboru’s light of APC crowd that as a Senator, he ordinarily ought to be the APC party leader in Delta State and not Emerhor who paraded himself as leader without any visible electioneering report card to show for the big title (referring to Emerhor and his bunch of inexperienced political cabal within APC Delta).
It will be recalled that in 2016, Ogboru and Senator Agege struck reconciliation deals with Emerhor which has been technically repudiated. Emerhor used the fake reconciliation to negotiate the NDDC EDP, one Ambassadorial and other juicy appointments for himself and his loyalists who never participated physically during the 2015 governorship elections. The NDDC EDP slot is APC compensation for Emerhor being the party’s candidate in 2015.
Ogboru on his part needed the reconciliation to reposition himself politically so as to ditch Emerhor at the appropriate time and ultimately hijack APC DELTA close to the elections; a plan Ogboru and Agege orchestrated behind closed doors through the APC DELTA Light of Labour now known as APC LIGHT OF DELTA. Fraud. Yes, its a smart political fraud by two men (Emerhor and Ogboru). The duo cannot and will never again trust each other for obvious reasons.
Ogboru got back to his fold a member (of never to be inaugurated) APC board of Trustee, Chief Frank Ovie Kokori. Emerhor’s core loyalists including members of the controversial state exco of APC chaired by the fake political Prophet Jones Erue were conspicuously absent at the Ogboru’s gathering last Sunday.
What Does The Emerhor And Ogboru Political Shenanigans Translates To For Deltans In 2019?
It is obvious that Chief Great Ogboru and Senator Agege are ready to undo the Emerhor cabal in Delta APC by seperating the Emerhor’s faction from their faction through clear cut political trade mark and motto.
APC LIGHT OF DELTA with the Motto “WE WIN TOGETHER” belongs to Ogboru-OMO AGEGE faction while APC DELTA with the motto “TAKE OVER DELTA” belongs to the Emerhor faction. These two factions shall slog it out at the party state congress due soon and at the party primaries towards the election period.
The Uvwiamuge Declaration political deceit of 2015 has been reinvented by these two political contractors (Emerhor and Ogboru), two strange political actors that should not and cannot be trusted by the good people of Delta State. Their political union and anticidents poses danger for good governance and constitutional democracy.
Emerhor and Ogboru have one thing in common, they are recklessly hungry for power and lacked sound political leadership skills. Their political inexperience stinks to high heavens. They have no idea of what credible political leadership is all about hence over the years they fooled Deltans with slogans that cannot translate into election victories.
Emerhor and Ogboru are warming up again for another vain political tussle only to reconcile for the 4th time in 2019 after another round of shameful poor electioneering outing; wasting time and hard earned financial resources of their victims (blindfolded supporters, followers and confused party faithfuls).
An unborn baby having fun in its mother’s womb can swiftly tell that APC is already a moribund party nationwide and the just concluded Osun Senatorial bye election results in favour of PDP is an authentic testimony.
In Delta State, ordinary Accord Party defeated APC during Warri South Constituency 1 bye election in which Princess Mrs Shola Daiboh defeated her kid Prince, Stanley Emiko of Ayiri Emami faction of Delta APC.
The state governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa remains the CHOICE OF DELTANS come 2019. The Ogboru’s LIGHT OF APC DELTA is a mere political show and cannot translate into election victory.
The journey of another round of shameful political fraud by Emerhor and Ogboru began last Sunday. Deltans cannot be deceived the 5th time.
The visionless political ambition by the politically inexperienced duo of Delta Central power hungry impostors (Emerhor and Ogboru) remains a nightmare.
