OPINION: Ogorugba’s Visionary And Purposeful Leadership In Isoko North Local Government

Hon. (Elder) Prince Godwin Ogorugba  is indeed a remarkable leader, and it’s wonderful to see  his exceptional qualities as the Executive Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State. 

He  has demonstrated his ability to inspire and motivate others with his clear and compelling vision for Isoko North people in consolidating the MORE Agenda of His Excellency Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori i, governor of Delta State.

His effective listening and communication skills have enabled him to connect with diverse groups across the state and provide solutions to the immediate needs of his people. This is a testament to his exceptional leadership abilities and philanthropist gestures. 

As  an experienced politician and immediate past PDP Chairman Isoko North Chapter during an enlarged thank you meeting with Isoko North PDP leaders and party faithfuls at his Otor-Igho country home on 26th December, 2024, where he openly declared his unflinching loyal and support for His Excellency Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Governor of Delta State re-election 2027, “saying Govr Sheriff till 2031, Govr Sheriff 4+ 4, No shaking” which has become a slogan across Isoko Nation.

Hon. Godwin Ogorugba as an Elder in the Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel, has showcased his empathetic nature, understanding, and relating to other religious leaders, traditional rulers, political leaders, community leaders and Youths organization in all perspectives and emotions

His selflessness and willingness to sacrifice for the happiness of his people are truly admirable hence he is being loved by all Isoko sons and daughters across the globe, indeed he is a caring father, mentor, counselor and political leader.

Ogorugba’s achievements in office have not gone unnoticed since assumption of office as the executive chairman of Isoko North local government Area of Delta State, He has been commended for his impressive performance within his seven months in office, surpassing the achievements of a typical one-year tenure, giving him the nickname ” the political working machine”

His initiatives, such as rehabilitating Otor-Owhe -Owhelogbo road, Otor-Iyede  Road,  constructing 15 lockup market stalls and four toilets at Ofagbe community, providing Free educational materials to the 43 public primary schools across the local government, construction of Administrative complex at the council Secretariat, renovation of 65 open stores at Otor-Owhe community market, renovation of 40 open stores at Aradhe community market, provisions of free soya milk to boost children’s nutrition across the local government, perimeter fencing at the Erovie Community proposed Health center, payment for primary six enrollment fees for  the 43 public primary school across the local government among others have positively impacted the lives of Isoko North residents.

It’s clear that Ogorugba is a dedicated and compassionate leader who prioritizes the needs of his people. His commitment to effective governance and community development is truly inspiring.

Let’s keep  praying for him and support his administration to do MORE for Isoko North people.
